Grappling Classes for all levels:
Beginners: with our background of catch wrestling and jiu jitsu, we start beginners with drills for takedowns as well as working from the guard top and bottom positions. Developing endurance, balance, posture, passing "the guard", preventing the guard pass, sweeps and basic guard based
submissions including arm bars, shoulder locks, triangle chokes and
more will begin here!
Intermediates: Leg locks and important transition points begin here as well as full rolling/grappling! Starting from your knees,
you will begin to experiment with the drills and techniques you've been
learning.
Advance: Begin to incorporate takedowns, throws, counters,
sweeps and more. Stand up, take it to the ground and work for the
submission here!
